Sushi Making Class with Spoon Magazine

Be your own sushi master! Spend an evening with our head sushi chef and learn the tricks to the trade. By the end of the course, you will learn how to roll three makis, from the traditional California roll to the complex Mountain roll. Enjoy all-you-can-make and complimentary BYOB services all evening long.
Open to the public. Proceeds from the class will support Northwestern's Spoon Magazine publication.
